There are a range of factors that influence our weight and size. We hear a lot about 'eat less, exercise more' but there are other elements that hypnotherapy can help with. For example, regulating our mood to make regulating our eating easier, creating a more helpful balance between the hormones that make us feel hungry and full. Hypnotherapy can make creating new habits easier.
